Over my eight years with IDEO, I had the privilege to work in
many market sectors including financial, medical, computer,
transportation and telecommunications industries, working in
multi-disciplinary teams to create complete design solutions
for our clients.
As a senior interaction designer at IDEO, I broadened my
expertise to cover the design of interfaces to many touch points
including visitor experience, software and web-based applications,
electronic and communication products, network appliances
and kiosks.
From designing interactive user experiences across multiple
products and systems, my work extended into identifying
service opportunities for clients to meet their customer needs.
I became involved in creating service offerings for clients,
describing how people may interact with their organisation
over time, defining appropriate touch points, be it through
technology or people and designing products and tools
to support their service. |
