For the last two and a half years, I have been working as an
interaction design consultant. The focus of this work has been
in the areas of interaction, service and information design.
Microsoft + IDEO windows home concept
I worked closely with the Microsoft’s Hardware Innovation Group
and IDEO Palo Alto in the early stages of the programme to define,
shape and visualize the Microsoft Windows Home Concept.

Working with the Red team at the Design Council I have explored
new ways to create healthcare systems though prototyping
innovative services for self-managing chronic conditions.

EGG + IDEO new services and products
After leaving, I have continued to work with IDEO London and Egg
to explore opportunities for creating new services, products and
experiences that will differentiate EGG in the financial services market.
